Professional Bio

A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall School of Law in 2007, and a former Judicial Law Clerk, to the Honorable Maureen Mantineo, Judge of the Superior Court, Mr. Maxwell has practiced in Monmouth County successfully for eight years. 

Mr. Maxwell graduated from the College of William and Mary, which is situated in Williamsburg Virginia, in 2004, earning a Bachelor's Degree. Before that, Mr. Maxwell graduated from Christian Brothers Academy, situated in Lincroft, New Jersey, in 2000.

Mr. Maxwell has tried many cases, including bench and jury trials, and has handled hundreds of real estate and commercial transactions.
